Macys sent me a Mall display watch!
My first ever Fossil watch arrived today. The inside of the shipping box rattled. Upon opening, I saw the top of the watch tin box off and a small warranty pamphlet loose and the watch itself sticking out of the Fossil tin box. The watch itself had been placed inside the tin box incorrectly and I quickly noticed that the time was perfect, which meant it was already set? Then I noticed that the chronograph hour hand wasn't properly aligned and the second hand moving, which meant the watch battery was being used, and realized that this watch had been shipped to me from a Mall located an hour away from me and that this one must have been a store display model watch. Upon putting it onto my wrist, it felt tight and then saw that the size setting was set to a mid size, unlike the Bulova watches I'd purchased from eBay and received in brand new never opened condition which were always set on the largest size setting, my size. This was my first jewelry/watch purchase from Macys. Disappointed.
