Disappointing

So very disappointed.. Got this as a Christmas gift for my husband, and it cannot connect to his android smartphone. Tried all recommended troubleshooting guides and you tube videos to no avail. Cannot be returned as the return window was very small. So very disappointed to have paid for a product that can't be exchanged or returned. Macys you should look into this.

4 stars because we had to exchange the watch the 1st one malfunction by getting extremely hot on my husband wrist. He loves it. We will see in the next 45 days who we'll it truly is.
