Received a watch used by someone

Could have inspected before sending. Brought the watch supposed to be new, but recieved a used watch with old account intact.

Poor Quality

This is a sad purchase. I purchased this on February, 2020, then two months of normal use, the back side of the watch came out as I disconnected the magnetic charger. This is obviously a serious flaw. The repair department, Fossil's, could barely help me. I am back to using my 4 year old Huawei watch, that is clearly superior to Fossil's watch.

ítem gets hot after a few minutes of use. it also gets slow on trying to Open something.

Poorly made

Overheats, didn't connect with a Pixel or Samsungl, after many tries connected then the messaging didn't work. Very poorly made and sure looks cheap.

Do not count on it to work

This watch is beautiful, and it's great when it works. I have had it for one year and am sending it for its second warranty repair. Watches should work seamlessly much longer than one year. If I had it to do over again, I would not buy this watch, regardless of how pretty.
