Too small for my essentials

I have some issues with this bag. First off, it is just too small. Does not really fit my phone and essentials. Also the hardware on the front has scraped my hand/arm and drawn blood. It is kind of sharp and sticks out — So I’ve had to make a conscious effort to be careful of the hardware on the front as I wear the bag. Kind of annoying. Wish I had waited for a slightly larger and different Fossil bag as I love the brand.
