Beautiful Purse
I love this purse! Its not to big or too small I like that I can use it as a crossbody as well I have the tan. I will also purchase the black one as soon as it goes on sale again. If you’re thinking about buying this purse do it you will not be disappointed. I was going.to but the coach purse similar to this one, but I’m glad that I did not and I bought this one instead great quality purse.

Hardware broken
I love this bag, the leather is still perfection and the lining is intact. However the hardware that attaches the strap to the bag has broke. And I'm past the warranty period with no options for repair. So disappointed, this is a great bag but I can't use it the way I want to, and for the price of the bag the hardware should be better.

Cheap quality, interior lining ripped
After 2 months and less than 5 times of using this bag, the interior lining ripped and my things kept getting lost through the hole in the lining. Lining also separated and frayed at the edges. Awful bag quality especially for the price. You are better off buying better quality leather and interior elsewhere for a lower price point

Please send me the long shoulder strap for my bag.
The shoulder drape of the Fossil bag I purchased is much too short. I thought it would come with as extremely uncomfortable for me. The short version that only rests on the shoulders is honestly very inconvenient. If possible, I would be very grateful if you could send me the extra-long strap I purchased.
The Black Handbag is Not the Same as Tan Handbag
I bought the tan Jolie Hobo bag in store several months ago. I like the shape and size. Decided to purchase the same bag in black. Not available in store so ordered on line. I wish Macy's would send items priority mail instead of ground advantage. The shipping took over 7 days to arrive and the tracking info was terrible. The shorter handle on the black bag does not have the studs like the tan bag which I liked. The shape of the bag is slightly different and the inside of the bag does not have dividing compartments like the tan one. There is only one side pocket on the inside so everything falls to the bottom. Fossil makes good quality bags so I will keep this. Disappointed because the description claims to be the same bag.
Useful bag
Useful cross body bag, roomy but not too boxy so feels okay for everyday use. Bought to replace a much smaller fossil bag that I’d used for many years. The pull tag came off the zipper on second use so I’ll need to fix that somehow hence the 4* review.
