Leather not the best

I wanted a chronograph watch and because I live alone wanted one that I could wear immediately without having to change the strap so this suited me perfectly. However, the leather strap doesn't see to be of the best quality and I'm not expecting it to last very long, but time will tell with that. As far as I can tell the chronograph part of the watch is just for show and not real, for the price paid I had expected more. I bought a Fossil watch in 2012 in Times Square, New York, I still love it and the quality seems to be better than this watch. Maybe it's just this model. The watch looks lovely but I'm not blown away. Sorry Fossil.
