Never shopping with Macys again!!!
Beyond disappointed in Macy’s to say the least. After waiting for 3 hours online and clicking “refresh” for three hours to ensure I would get one, I was finally able to purchase the limited edition watch. After 10 days of waiting for it to arrive I received nothing. I contacted Macys customer support to figure out what was going on and they stated my order had been cancelled as they do not have enough watches to fill the orders. The watches are now going for over $8k on eBay and Stock X. So not only did Macys take my money and only refund me after I contacted them, they didn’t sell me the watch I originally paid for. They do this so often it should be illegal. Once funds have been removed from my account that item should technically be mine! THEN… after all of the back and forth they simply said “oh well nothing we can do” smh. Macys has lost a lifelong customer over this one

This is a joke right , you had me wait over a month for a watch order you canceled on me . What is wrong with your system that I'm receiving emails about an Item I never received and was looking forward too.

Macy’s fulfills orders w/o the inventory.
They sold me this but then told me later that it was sold out. Very disappointed. Macy’s needs to have better inventory monitoring systems.
