Ok chairs- nor great handling for delivery

The chairs are OK. They’re adequate for an average size person. The seat cushion does not fit tightly against the back of either of the chairs. There’s a little bit of a gap. They are fairly stiff at this point, but I assume they will become more flexible with time. One of the boxes, when delivered, was really smashed up. Consequently, there was a dent in one of the chairs. I’m not sure what type of material is under the fake leather, but the dent is not coming out. I just don’t want to go through the hassle of getting another chair. It can be tucked up against the wall and not very noticeable.
