received with broken zipper

beautiful boot. I have the black pair, as well. Unfortunately, the brown pair arrived with a broken zipper. Will attempt to exchange for a new pair.

Bad zipper

The zipper is so tough that you can’t zip them up. It gets stuck on the back of the ankle and won’t budge. Overall the boot is nice but what’s the point if you have to struggle to zip them up. I feel like this is in general a problem for Franco Sarto as I have a pair of booties that have a tough zipper as well

Bad zipper

Zipper is too hard to open or close on the bottom part by the hill. Leave it closed a little bit you won’t be able to fit . It’s extra hard soon as the zipper is on the back. I’m going to return

Zipper

ADVICE: Order in WIDE WIDTH regardless if you normally don’t. I purchased 2 colors in Wide Calf Regular Width and the zipper was impossible to pull up, so hard that the zipper broke on both pairs. I exchanged for WIDE WIDTH and it gives you just enough room to slide your foot forward so the zipper clears your heel. These new pairs went on seamlessly. The zipper pulled up effortlessly. The wide width doesn’t make my feet feel like they’re sliding around inside. It’s the perfect solution to the impossible zipper issue.
