Not comfortable

The sling back is elastic and NOT adjustable, and was slipping off the back of my heel.

Franco Sarto Lyanna square top slingback pumps

Ordered the croco leather slingback in black on line. Shoes arrived 12/4/25, the strap on one shoe was busted so I returned the shoes to Macys for a refund. Look on line today and the shoes are no longer 30% off. I am disappointed that there was no quality control done prior to sending the shoes to me as Macys staff would have noticed that the shoes are damaged and either send a pair without damage or cancel my order.

Beautiful shoes but didn't fit.

These shoes are beautiful and of good quality. The heel is a great height and I love the calf hair material. However, they were too narrow across the foot for me and I returned them. Unfortunately, they were not available in a wide width.

I purchased the black fake lizard. I love the style and fit. I have wide, sensitive feet and find Franco Sarto shoes to be accommodating. They were also on sale which made them a super good deal.
