DISAPPOINTED ROYAL CUSTOMER

I ordered these boots TWICE & got the WRONG pairs each time. I use to love shopping with Macy but I don't know now. They should have sent me the right pair & paid for them. Just don't make no sense!!

Huge calf

Good-looking boots but the “regular” calf is absolutely gigantic. Sadly returned.

Just didn't work for me.

I've had a pair of Franco Sarto boots for 9 years that I absolutely love but ... hey ... they're 9 years old and are beginning to show it. So I went looking for a new pair. I thought I'd found it in these. They seemed comfortable enough but the calf is very wide (my calves are NOT) and, despite the buckles, can't be adjusted. So they went back.
