Has signs of wear

I received my shoes today and it looks like slight signs of wear on them. The left heel has a wear spot as if it was worn while driving. It also looks like bottoms have been cleaned up. Disappointing, they are beautiful shoes. They will be returned to the store.

Warned shoes

Macys Warehouse, Shipper or Packer sent me worn shoes that smells like they have been warned, and the bottoms look like they have been warned, unacceptable Do you not check these items before shipping them out and the returns, what a disgrace.

Poor design
