Beautiful but way off in sizing

I received a beautiful pair of shoes. That said, I wear a true size 7.5. Reviews said snug, go up a half size. So I did. Ordered an 8. They are still way too tight. Id love to exchange them for an 8.5. But I ordered them final sale. No returns. So Im out of luck. Lastly the soles are scuffed thus already worn. Sold a pair of worn and off-sized shoes.

Has signs of wear

I received my shoes today and it looks like slight signs of wear on them. The left heel has a wear spot as if it was worn while driving. It also looks like bottoms have been cleaned up. Disappointing, they are beautiful shoes. They will be returned to the store.
