Bought 2 box’s of Frango raspberry chocolates and they were over 2 years old and covered in white, they even smelled old. Expired before Christmas of 2025 .

Chocolates expiring before Christmas

My box of chocolate expires December 15. I called and I couldn’t get any help online. We live hour away from the store and when I open the box it was gray so now I have to wait to be able to get back to the store and return it hopefully even though I don’t have a receipt Surprise that’s actually happened to me last year with the raspberry flavor. All the other ones are great, but I was able to get in store credit via it just calling customer service this year no luck.
