I would give a ZERO star if I could

I have been around Frangos since the 60s. I love them and order them all of the time. This last order I ordered them when they were on sale to give as christmas gifts. I am so embarrassed to find out that the ones I gave as gifts were melted and rechilled. Absolutely unexpectable. I will never order them again. What a shame and on top of it, it is too late to return them. What a waste.

Wonderful mints

I have diabetes & sugar free mints are necessary. These mints have a very good flavor. Would like other flavors if possible.

Don't think that these are acceptable substitutes

These are not 1/2 as good as the Frangos made with sugar. They are not acceptable to give as gifts because of the significant label, "Sugar Free".

Melts in your mouth with just the right amount of mint. I do prefer a creamy mint filling rather than the all chocolate candy however these are still very good.

Frango Chocolates

As to my annual purchase of Frango Chocolates. I find your website to difficult to find what I want and for years I have been able to navigate and find 1lb boxes with 3 different Varities of Frango chocolate mint candies in 1 box. If you have such boxes please let me know in time to get as gifts for Christmas. My local (Erie PA) Macys discontinued carrying Frango products about 3 years ago to my dismay. Thank you for offering customers the opportunity to express their thoughts.
