Gave as birthday gift to granddaughter. After opening, It was noted that the screw holes on each side of backboard that holds the bracket to hang over door were drilled differently. One side was parallel to the top while the screw holes on other side weredrilled wrong on a diagnol. Left an email with Franklin Sports today. We'll see what happens.

Doesn’t sit perfectly on the door so it’s been leaving dents on the frame. Tried adjusting, but no noticeable improvement. Have to lift the hoop up and back to properly close door.

Good qualitity build; however, the electronic score board is horrible. It resets itself after a few second every time you score. If you score a point and you wait a while, it takes about 30 seconds before the removes your score. I don't understand why the consumer can't manually reset the score board themselves. It' is not worth the price for this fustration if you want to play a quick game with family.
