Wrong size, return a hassle

The wrong size was sent and I'm expected to pay for shipping on a return. The several orders I made through Macy's for the holidays, only 1 was satisfactory.

These were ok hard for the kids to get hands in and out they loved the colors but did not love the palm not being as sticky as hi tack gloves
