Cute top that runs extremely small

I usually wear a medium and a large was very tight. I’m going to try an Excel and see if that might work. Sizing is way off.

Possibly missized

I already have 3 other colors in medium. I just purchased the blue and it's almost a full size smaller but marked as medium I measure against my other colors...it is 2" shorter and about an 1" narrower than pink and closer to 2" narrower than cream and brow, as well as arm holes being smaller....so disappointed!!
