Wrong size, Third Party Nightmare

I ordered a size 7, but I was sent a size 6. When I returned it at Macy’s, I have to wait 5-10 days to get my refund, since it’s a third party re-seller. I can’t even purchase the right size before it ran out, since I haven’t gotten my refund. No such thing as easy returns anymore. Such a waste of time shopping online, and bigger hassle returns.

Sent Wrong Size, Twice!

The ivory snake print kitten heels are a beautiful ivory shade but was sent the wrong size not one but twice. I ordered a size 10 both times and received a size 9 instead. Be careful when ordering this size, inventory must be out of stock and the company is sending size 9s to compensate. Hoping this order mixup was a fluke, I ordered again and also came across the same issue as before. Completely disappointed, especially because the shoe is a lovely shade and quality of shoe also looks great.
