Can't rate it because it was too small. I asked for a 3x and I couldn't even get my arms in it.

I bought a size up 3x and couldn’t fit in it and terrible customer service not happy at all but macys are going to refund me

I was excited to buy this jacket! It’s stylish and looks very warm, but when it arrived it definitely wasn’t a 3xl fit it was more of a large. I was pretty bummed about the fact that it doesn’t fit. The jacket size runs very small and definitely wasn’t meant for big and tall people
