Wrong Item Received Order was for Black Backpack

I received the wrong color backpack for my order. I received a brown weave (see attached pictures) but ordered black. As a concession for the inconvenience, I would appreciate receiving the black backpack I originally ordered. I emailed customer.services@furniq.co.uk, whose response was "As your order was placed with Macy's, please initiate a return with them and leave us a message on their platform as well." This is poor customer service, as I did not want a return; I needed at least an exchange to receive the black backpack (at the price I paid) to correct my order. Annoying!!
