Disappointed

The quality of the jacket is very rich, and definitely worth the price if not more. However, my experience was quite eventful and did not work out well. I ordered one jacket but it was one size two small. I had to purchase a second one at a higher price but when I received it, it was not in the same condition as the first (I have picture's). That was returned, but due to the excellent quality of the product I made another purchase, but different style. The third jacket again fitted one size small, so I ordered that jacket one size up (that making the 4th purchase) and that jacket fitted snugged as well. Now, I managed to return the 4th purchase, but missed the return time frame for 3rd jacket. That being said after four attempts I wind up with a jacket that I cannot fit. I’m disappointed, but hope there is some way to make this a satisfying experience. Because the merchandise is very nice, for someone who is very critical of how I spend my hard earned money.
