Never received the order.

I never received the jacket. This was the 2nd time I ordered the jacket. First order they shipped the wrong jacket. I returned it and ordered another jacket. 2nd order never made it to me even though it said it was delivered. Macy's cancelled the order and refunded my money. This product is not shipped by Macy's. Rather, another vendor ships the jacket.
