Stylish w/ great customer service

The jacket itself is very stylish, which I like a lot. It is a little heavier than I expected. But the belt comes with the jacket is not well made. The customer service is very responsive and provided solutions. So I decided to keep it.

BELTLESS

The Women Genuine Leather BELTED Waistcoat delvered WITHOUT the BELT. Quality control orders to ensure item are complete. I gave it 2 stars because I'm working with Macy's Customer Service to get the belt. If Customer Service was not so helpful it would be 1 STAR.
