Beautiful red leather coat

I read the reviews, no offense and I'm a shopper top notch quality. I tried on this beautiful coat and was amazed. I was a little hesitant at first thinking the leather would be cheap, surprised me. get this baby and strut yourself.

mislabeling/wrong size sent; poor customer service

I ordered a medium but received what I think is the wrong size. The tags say M but there are 2 labels on the inner coat that say large and XL respectively. The coat is very wide. The shoulder/arms fit ok. I am 5'5, 140lbs. I called to request a correction and was told another would be provided but nothing was done and now I am going to bring this back to Macy's myself.

Perfection

This is the most gorgeous coat I’ve ever seen! It deserves 10 stars. I was nervous because of all of the reviews saying it ran small. I found it to be true to size. I’m not sure if the issue is in the XL sizes + or if they changed it. But I typically wear a small or a medium, bust is 37 inches. I went with a medium and it was perfect. Maybe slightly large. There’s plenty of room for sweaters underneath. At 5’3 it hits me right at my knee. The color is exactly as pictured. A true red but slightly on the darker side. It’s stunning in person. There were a few silver marks on it, I suspect from the buckles when being shipped. They came off easy with leather cleaner. I got it at such a good price I won’t even deduct a star for that. It’s an amazing coat. I’ll be buying more from this company. Just wish they sold it in stores so I could try them on!

Beautiful coat came wrinkly - poor packaging

I was waiting for a long time for this coat to go on sale. When I finally got it, it came in so wrinkly that I wanted to cry. Poor packaging damaged soft leather. I own a few leather coats, I know how to take care of them and love them but I have no idea how to fix those wrinkles. I hang it for 2 weeks in hopes that it will smooth out but unfortunately this didn't help. Returning today.

Runs Very Small

Runs very small. I wear a 1x but ordered a 3x so it could fit very loose. Plus I was concerns about the sleeves. This jacket is too small. I would consider my 3x a large. The leather and color are amazing but the size is off.
