Mine Must Have Gotten Past Quality Control

I was disappointed with this purchase. After waiting weeks to receive it, the backpack did not have the straps. After two calls to Macy's, Furniq provided a 50% off discount and refunded me. The backpack doesn't easily snap in place. It is cute, but I believe mine got past quality control. This is not an inexpensive backpack; I truly believe it somehow got past whatever quality control that's in place .

Honest Review

The bag itself is semi-sturdy—keep reading to find out why. It’s very cute, and they’re not exaggerating by calling it a mini bag—it’s definitely small. If you carry a lot of essentials, this might not be the best choice for you. However, it’s stylish and versatile, making it easy to dress up or down. The reason I’m giving it 3.5 stars is that, unfortunately, the top handle on one side broke within a month of use. It’s not something you can easily stitch back yourself, and I haven’t yet tried taking it to a cleaner or repair shop. Considering the price, it’s frustrating that it started falling apart so quickly. While I love the design, the durability could be better.
