Not an ideal smart watch.

I wish I could have figured out how to give a 3 1/2 star rating. I have bad eyes, so I love the MIP display. I love being able to set up my watch via my phone. I love solar charging and I love atomic clock timing. The other features are either available on less expensive G-Shock models or they are not that useful to me. I turned off the smart phone functions after about an hour. As I've said, I have poor near vision. The tiny window that displays your messages, emails, etc., is not MIP. I am unable to read it; especially in sunlight. The GPS is a little annoying, because it's slow loading. The heart monitor was something that attracted me to this watch, but it's not that accurate and you have to wear the watch higher than I like, in order to get consistent readings. And, despite being rated for 20 BAR water resistance, the manual warns against washing your hands with soap or taking hot showers while wearing the watch. Not good. This watch should be $100.00 less, for what it offers.

Valentine's Day Gift
