I was just on Macy's website looking for penny loafers and found a pair I wanted but the description does not match the picture. It says "Product Features: Handsewn Beef Roll Stitch, Whale Tail Cutout Penny Keeper, etc." However, the shoes depicted do not have beef roll stitching and they do not have a whale tail penny saver. 1) I want to know am I buying what's in the photo or the description. 2) How can I complain about this? This is just laziness and carelessness. Do you want to sell your products? Heddahardy
small for the size
I bought these great looking pair at a great price, but to my surprise they do not fit me, I usually wear 9W, but to be cautious I ordered the 9.5W size, unfortunately they do not fit. I threw the box, so I ca not even return. Now I am purchasing shoe expanders to see if that help.
G&H Bass Loafer
The shoes themselves were nice. The pictures on line made them look a different color than what the actual product was. I have a wide foot and their Wide was too narrow for my foot. I have worn G&H Bass shoes in the past so I figured these would be wide enough.

Horrible loafer. One would think that a loafer created by the brand that wrote the boom on loafers this would be the most uncomfortable loafer I’ve ever worn.

Really nice shoe. Had to get 1/2 size smaller.
Beautifully well made shoe. You should order a 1/2 size smaller than you normally get.

Happy Feet
GH Bass loafers are attractive and comfortable. Especially appreciated because wide shoes are hard to come by & the leather is firm but flexible.
