Bad microphone

Microphone distorted within 3 days and sound cuts in and out. Hope Macys will at least exchange.

Poor Quality. Broke within 2 days.

Very low quality, bought item for Christmas present. My daughter played with it twice and it broke. Parts of speaker simply detached from inside the toy.
