worry No More Warranty a scam

Decent sofa. comfortable. It does have large gap when chaise is reclined. DO NOT BUY THE WORRY NO MORE WARRANTY!!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR IT. If you google is reviews of worry no more, many people have had a similar experience as I did. I had pet damage and they said it was wear and tear....it has been on 2 months now. Just awful!!!!!

Comfortable & Reasonable Cost Sectional

Very comfortable, functional and nice size sectional that fit our living room perfectly. Overall, we do like it. Buy during a sale to get a reasonable price compared to most other brands. If over 6'3" tall - you will need to sit in it to make sure it is tall enough. I'm 6'2" and size is good for me. We have the sectional in an open space with back side revealed to the room. My wife and I don't like the red lit power button switches in the back corners of the end unit and the chaise - but they do let you know that the sectional is powered, and you can turn off the buttons at the switch if you don't want them showing when you have visitors.

great, high quality couch

great couch, very comfortable, recliner feature is awesome. I am 6' 4" tall and love laying on the chaise and also reading on the recliner chair.

I love my chaise / recliner combo

This recliner/ chaise combo is such a great sofa. I’ve have had it since mid December. I’m a guy 6’4”. It fits me so well. So many sofas didn’t fit me. This is not the case. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful sofa. Indulge your self!!

Love it for size and comfort!

We’ve had the 3 pc with chaise plus added an additional seat for a year now. Our set is in charcoal, which really is rich brown color. Our set is power everything and we still LOVE it. We are a family of 5 (two tall teen boys included) and can all enjoy this sectional with the additional seat. My husband is 6’ 5” and the chaise fits him so well. We also have 4 pets, that aren’t on the sectional regularly, but the couple spots a claw has gone barely show. Overall, very pleased with this set!!!

The couch would be perfect if there weren't huge gaps when reclining the seats and the chaise. There are other ones from other companies where this issue does not occur and it is a safety hazard otherwise, I would've loved to keep this couch. It was so comfortable and perfect otherwise. Please fix this and offer more colors like a pretty white or light grey!!

Beautiful and comfortable

Comfortable, nice soft leather and I’m happy with the color. Only thing I dock a star for is the gap when the chair is fully reclined. Seems odd and concerns me that something could fall or get stuck.

We purchased this model in the 6 piece sectional with chaise and power reclining and power headrests in 4 of the 6 pieces, and loved it! then after 13 months one of the power headrests stopped working, we signed up for the Ultimate Plan Warranty, so we filed a claim, and while waiting for an appointment to be set, the power reclining and power headrest on one of the other pieces has failed. Frustrated!
