Not great...

It doesn't role smoothly at all on muscles. There are only 6 given exercises, but nothing showing the 100's of options advertised. Not impressed!! Bought last night, returning today...

Doesn't glide smoothly

Tried it as soon as I received the product today. Felt some tightness in my arms as the roller doesn't glide smoothly. I tried pulling the handles to make some room for the rollers to move, problem is, the handle will comsle off easily. It's still fairly new, will try again. Also noticed that because it is made of some kind of rubber, and so while rolling and it gets rub with the handle, I see some rubber "strings" comming off due to friction. Maybe there's another better massage roller in the market... I am not fully satisfied, sorry, I decline recommending this product.

Great product

I have issues with plantar fasciitis and purchased this today. I immediately felt relief in my calves and feet with this massager. I see others complaining about the downloads but honestly that doesn't matter because the product is great. On here it tells you how to adjust for several massages.

like others have found, there is no way to download the exercise guide. the 2 links your rep provided do not work (take you to a 1 page pdf). very dissappointing and wished i had read before purchasing

like that it's adjustable but download not working

I bought this to replace another roller I had - tried to download the exercise guide. It's not working nor are there any instructions that come in the packaging. A little disappointed that the download is not working. if you don't care about getting the download then I would recommend it.
