Terrible

The delivery was left outside and I received no notification of delivery. The couch came damaged it is ripped and some of the stuffing is coming out. Macys will not take responsibility and I have to wait for a seller response. Do not recommend

very dissatisfied

This delivery was left outside !!! I just received notification at 8pm that it was delivered and went to the location and it is not there. I contacted you all yesterday to change the address because i requested the delivery to be sent on February 15th and when i received notification it was already being shipped i called you all and you all stated i had to contact the merchant , macys and I did they guaranteed me that you all would hold the package but you did not!!!! Someone needs to contact me asap
