Missing pieces bundled with no service

I purchased this dresser through Macy's website. It was delivered and the box was mangled upon arrival. I didn't think anything of it. Of few pieces were chipped, but they were mostly pieces that face the back of the dresser. In the middle of building the shelves, I was disappointed to discover the manufacturer did not include the key pieces. I now have a dresser with only 4 drawers instead of 8, that I paid for. I contacted the manufacturer 3 times and have not heard back. I called Macy's and can't get passed the automated system. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service on such an expensive item.
