Avoid this product and Macys

Today I learned that not only is this product defective, but I learned Macy's does not stand behind their products. This item was defective, and the only way I could get a refund is if I sent it back AFTER it was assembled. I would avoid buying this product, and I would avoid shopping at Macy's.
