Broken, unusable product

spite of following the enclosed directions for dealing with broken parts, I have received no response. I am inclined at this point to just throw the parts away and not deal with the lack of communication. For sure I will not be buying any Macy online furniture products again.

Hard to assemble and BAD quality

Not happy at all, VERY BAD quality for price and it took me 6 hrs to assemble which is insane. Never had to spend this much time on assembly and after all this it looks cheap and drawers barely align. So hard to open and close the drawers. I DO NOT recommend
