Not installer friendly

My first complaint is that I’m unable to locate the usual ‘begin your return’ link when I go to my purchases. I hope that’s not a very bad omen, because I want to return this fixture. Sure. It’s my first time for wiring something. But I did every possible thing I could to understand how to wire this item(YouTube, google search, etc because I really wanted to do it correctly). In the end there were 2 obstacles: 1. The wiring. It was too short for this rather wide light. Very cumbersome but I managed to ‘twist and stuff’ into the required cap after > 1hour. 2. No place to stuff the wires into so the light could sit flush Mounting bracket AND the 2 gigantic screws (holding lamps in front) jutting out of the back of the light certainly prevented as well. So not being able to ‘fix the mounting bracket to the Lamp body’ was a very big part of the failure. Going to attempt to return!
