Badly packaged

The pieces were packed in styrofoam which had been shattered during transit into thousands of little charged particles. It took an hour to clear away the styrofoam particles from the components and the room where I unpacked them. It was difficult to assemble even by a professional, and the instructions were just graphics with no English descriptions. Once assembled it does a good job.
