Broken pieces

Item arrived with broken pieces. The product is good but some of the pieces were broken and poorly packaged.

not happy about the bed.

I give this a three star for thei great customer service. The bed itself is beautiful, but the quality is horrible. The bed came with missing parts, contacted customer service, the next day they sent me a replacement.
