Bad Quality

This product arrives with some damage and missing parts, Also the assembly is long with a lot of parts not for everyone to do it.

Poor customer service and damaged upon delivery

Top piece of the dresser came with a large crack down the center of it. I called customer service, the representative told me they couldn’t help me and transferred me to someone, the next person said they couldn’t help me and told me to call another number. The number was the first person I talked to. The same representative took the time to try and help me. When I was transferred again all they offered was a phone number to call the manufacturer or a refund/return. I called the manufacturer, could not leave a message and have yet to hear back. This was over an hour spent on the phone for no result. I completed a form online and they offered me 30% refund and have I asked for a replacement piece and have not heard back. Though the refund would be nice, I wouldn’t pay $170+ for a broken piece of furniture. The dresser itself holds much less than I thought, the drawers are very narrow. Assembly was rather easy and looks nice.
