Damaged Product/ Awful Customer Service

This product came damaged. Customer service is awful to deal with- they even have an option on their menu for damaged product delivery. So calling Macy’s is a minimum 10min before you can talk to someone and then they arent even helpful. I was advised to contact the seller myself despite buying this through Macy’s. Ive spent so much time building this and then on the phone with customer service with no resolution - it’s insane. I will never purchase something from Macy’s again.

It’s so affordable and great quality. Fixing it was a little annoying especially any part that involved using the “A” tool but when it’s done I was definitely worth it.
