Great features but no connectivity to SSI app

I purchased this mainly due to the smartwatch + dive computer capabilities. Its hard to forget your dive computer when its already on your wrist! I also love the connectivity with the InReach Mini! This produces an added safety feature for ocean dives! As i swim and do other exercises, the other sports/workout features are an added plus. I love the air integration with the transmitter as well! The only thing that disappoints me is thr lack of connectivity with the SSI dive app. Other brands have easy bluetooth uploading into the SSI app, which makes logging your dives for SSI certifications and awards a breeze. I ended up buying a cheap extra dive computer to accomplish the uploads to the SSI app. In my opinion, this is not something you should have to do after spending so much on the MK3i. I have not yet used the underwater communication or maps yet on this watch but am excited to test out those capabilitiee on an upcoming boat dive trip!

Fantastic. It's more than just a dive watch

My husband bought this for for after I completed my advanced course. At first it seemed difficult to use. But on my first dive trip it was terrific. It's really easy and I love all the features

Smaller size than Mk2i

Great watch smaller with better features battery life is less but acceptable. Didn't love the fact that Garmin is starting to charge for maps and extra fitness app features.

Not really what I expected

I'm quite disappointed from the Mk3i. So far after unboxing and using it for about 1h Nothing really works from the beginning. Compass calibration always errors. Wpa3 for WiFi is not supported The software looks edgy. And when you scroll, it just looks weird, the text looks cut of on the left side. Like it's using a 3rd party software that is not made for this Watch. The settings are super confusing. Not intuitive at all. I have sync problems to pretty much every single device. Doesn't really work with the SSI ap either. The charging clip is annoying too. It would be great if the clip itself had a USB C port instead of a cable attached. So I could use any charger. That's so far and I haven't even been diving with it.

The Mk3i is where it’s at!

I got this for my birthday! It’s replacing my Mk2 and I love it! The size 43 and the gray color with gold accents! It’s a great dive watch and sport watch all in one!

New tech new knowledge

I bought this before leaving on a dive trip allowing myself virtually no time to figure the thing out. But that being said, it tracked my dives and gave me access to everything I needed to know about them. Now to figure out the rest of the watch. It has 200 pages of manual to read and figure out so I’m a little overwhelmed. YouTube has been a little helpful but mostly have found only reviews. I’ll keep at though.

Mk3 is bug step up

I had the MK2 and while it was great for what it is, the MK3 is much faster, has an amazing screen and adds touch capabilities. It does everything you want in a dive watch while also doubling as everything you want as a smart watch. Pair it with multiple transceivers to get your air info and you dive buddies.
