I've had this device for more than a few years during which I've endured severable medical challenges, and it's proven to be invaluable when coupled with the Garmin Connect app. The Garmin Connect IQ provides most of the customization features that are indispensable. My only qualification is the clockface crystal that is elevated and prone to scratching way too easily.

Hey! Here is a helpful article on how to edit the watch face. Some preinstalled watch faces might be limited on what you can edit, but there are some that you can change to display weather. http://ms.spr.ly/6423tBz6S
Good watch doesn't last
I owned this watch for about 24 months. At about 24 months the bottom fo the touch screen stopped working. As many features are activated or finished from the bottom of the screen this has rendered the watch virtualy usless.

Sorry to hear about your charging connection issue with your Vivoactive 4! Since you already tried a different charger I would recommend to do some cleaning on the watch itself to see if that fixes the problem. Pretty good but needs some work. 3.8
First, I don’t think it’s accurately reading my sleep. It shows excessive amounts of light sleep and little deep sleep with a lot of stress during the night. While it could be accurate, as I do indeed feel like I’m never fully rested in the mornings, I question the accuracy because of the O2 sat readings. It’s definitely reading my O2 sats wrong. It says they are as low as 78 overnight. I can be sitting peacefully taking deep breaths and it shows 92%. I have a finger pulse oximeter that 100% matches up with my doctor’s office and the hospital. When the watch is showing 92%, my finger shows 99%. I had a lobectomy in the past so I need this reading to be spot on and it’s not even close. I had to turn it off altogether. Otherwise, I like the ease of use of the watch itself and the app. I like the battery life of the watch too which is pretty exceptional. Can I trust all of the readings with what I know about my pulse ox? Not really. I wish I knew for sure.
