I love my garmin

I love my watch; I've owned it for years now with zero problems or complaints. Very versatile yet sleek and minimalist. It is perfect for me and my daily activities. The battery lasts about 3-4 days depending on use. Great for a beginner or expert.

Love the watch..frustrated that wont connect to Ap

Ive haf this 5S at least 5 years but cant get it connected to the app so all it does for me is keep track of time and steps?? No texts no calls nothing! Keeps rejecting connectivity and syncing

No longer charges

I loved my Garmin up until 3 months ago when it no longer charged. Tried everything including different charging wire. I don’t recommend buying one only for a year and a half out of it

Failed unexpected

Smartwatch shut itself down without reason. Would not start up for weeks. Then suddenly it started up. But sensors no longer working. After reset, fails to connect to phone app. Version is discontinued. Advise from Garmin to buy a new one.

Was great while it worked, had screen problems in the end

Worked great while the screen was still functional. After doing some swims the screen no longer works, definitely was not water proof. Would not recommend if you are planning to do any water activities.

Great while it lasted

Loved the watch and all the features, but sadly just after a year the battery died completely and won’t take a charge at all. Very disappointing.

Great, when it works

It has great features, but it keeps disconnecting from my phone and I have to open up the Connect app every morning and even then fiddle with it, before it connects to the watch. Every morning At the moment it stopped receiving body battery data randomly. The pay feature is so convoluted to get to. It’s much easier to just grab my phone and pay with that. I’m not sure I would recommend it except that it was the only watch with a small enough face for my wrist as a small framed woman.
