love to be able to track fitness and sleep
I have had the watch for almost 2 years and the only drawback I find that I wish it would tack my elevation for hiking.

Great to have but battery life disappointing
Excellent features and works great. Disappointed in battery life as has to be recharged every 5 days instead of the 11 days advertised.

My vivoactive 5 is great for activity functions but not for my sleep. My wife goes to bed after me says I'm fast asleep. however in the morning my watch says I didn't fall asleep until hours after she says I was asleep.I have called a few times but noone seems to have a definitive explanation. I would love a solution that works.BTW it's always in the first 3or4 hrs.

Great features , easy to use
I been using this watch about a month and I am not to happy with it. First it says 11 day battery life. Try about 5. 11 days if you don’t wear it. It doesn’t keep correct stats on sleep and your body’s battery level. I can pretty much tell when I sleep good or I don’t. I have a bed that monitor sleep. My other watch was right on with that. Then when you wake up. It gives you negative messages. And then tells you your day might be irritable.

Definitely worth the money
So I bought this because my other watch didnt track my steps well. I am very pleased with this Garmin. It tracks my steps, heart rate, O2 and my sleep. I knew I wasn't sleeping well. Now I can show my doctor my watch and prove my sleep is terrible. I can switch from left to right arm wearing but it doesn't let you put if its your dominant wrist and I wish it tracked my BP. That would be a plus. Over all I love it.

it's probably the most accurate pedometer and calorie tracker I've used. also for being as low profile and almost fragile looking as it is I've taken it with me on lake trips, the range, and used it in other hard use situations where it has survived some interesting dings and bangs. for someone looking for a inexpensive smart watch to take more of their health into there hands it is great.

Broke quickly
Went into set up demo and couldn’t get it to exit the demo mode. Continuously switched displays modes etc.

You should be able to exit demo mode by pressing the bottom button quickly about 8 times, and then select the check mark that displays.
