Customer service review

I inadvertently entered 2 pairs of the same earrings in a late night purchase. Because there were no agents available during this time, I was unable to correct it until morning when I was out of the window of the policy to correct an order in 30 min. This policy was impossible to follow when there are no agents available. I had to receive the order and then return in my local store.

Red garnets and marcasite, the perfect duo!

Understated elegance. These earrings can be worn on special occasions or to the office. I wore them on Christmas Eve with a ruby red turtleneck and a vintage Cartier silk scarf.
