Love them but…

I picked these out several months ago and asked for them and the matching necklace for Christmas. My husband purchased them! I wore them Christmas day. Two days later I wanted to wear them to dinner only to have the piece that goes into the ear break! I didn’t notice before that it was very thin. The other earring didn’t appear to be as thin. Trying to find out how to get it replaced. Second time to wear and broken.

Oh my!!!

We bought this gorgeous necklace for a friend for her birthday. It’s stunning; actually it looks better in person. I can’t believe how much it sparkles. She is absolutely going to love it!!! We can’t wait to give it to her. I love that the chain is 18” long; not too short and not too long. Also, the circumference of the chain is nice and not skimpy. The marquisette even sparkles. Love it!

Customer service review

I inadvertently entered 2 pairs of the same earrings in a late night purchase. Because there were no agents available during this time, I was unable to correct it until morning when I was out of the window of the policy to correct an order in 30 min. This policy was impossible to follow when there are no agents available. I had to receive the order and then return in my local store.
