Our 3rd Unit

Absolutely a staple appliance in our house. Although we baby this appliance, it does seem to die after 14 months. Here is hoping that the newest model has a little longer life span.

Full time job

We’ve had this for 4 months and has already stopped working. The machine requires hours of maintenance each month for cleaning, descaling and sanitizing including an 18 hour period where it can’t be used because the vinegar has to soak

Just OK

I wanted to love this product. Cleaning it weekly is truly not fun. Then descaling is even worse. Opt for a self cleaning machine to save yourself time. The ice maker itself is nice, but the ice melts extremely fast in your cup if you pour a cold drink.

Ice Just Like Sonic Drive In

I bought this ice maker for my wife. She loves the ice from Sonic Drive In and the ice made by this machine is exactly like the Sonic. It makes ice quickly and is simple to use. We love it.

Great machine

The ice maker is great. Family and guests love it. The maintenance is the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars. It takes a lot to keep it clean and I wish that was easier.
