Very disappointed

I was very disappointed. The picture looked so much better and so much more important. It’s is a really small circle with small emeralds that are not the lovely emerald green.

Nice Pendant but chain is a throw away

The pendant is small but matches the size mentioned in prior reviews so was as expected. Color and clarity is decent quality and fairly close in color to emerald jewelry I recently purchased in Colombia. But the chain is a complete throw away. Not only is it way to thin and small, the way it was shipped by Macys was horrible. It was completed knotted and wrapped around the pendant. It took 30 minutes and magnifying to unwrap and unknot. Completely unacceptable for Macys to ship such a fine chain in the manner it was shipped. That's way it's only getting 3 stars. The pendant is a 4 but the chain and how it was shipped is a 1.

Necklace broke after the first week. Do not recommend!! Macy’s refuses to help me. Do not buy.

Poor quality control

Very cheaply made with quality control issues. Gold circumference is not uniformly round and wide. Incredible quality control oversight. Returning
