Geoffrey Beene garment carrier.

I have used the garment carrier for one trip. One zipper broke on the one-time use. I am disappointed in the purchase that I have selected. I tried to return the item to Macy's for a replacement, I was told that they do not take returns on used luggage. I am disappointed in the customer service offered at Macy's.

Not that great

My clothes were wrinkled after I ironed them and placed properly in the garment carrier. Doesn't seem to be a good bag.

Great purchase

Great garment bag has everything needed. There was a small broken piece on the hanger and just like Macy's they replaced the entire bag.
