Beautiful design and quality. Major upgrade to the typical selection available. But as others have said, it's not designed for the normal sized American paper towel roll which prevents it from turning to make tearing a sheet off the roll easy. I keep it for the beauty of it.

Gorgeous, but does not accommodate standard US 11” tall paper towel rolls despite its advertised size because of the large ovoid top. Very disappointing,
