Arrived Broken

Broken leg and missing bolts, and then was promised a new one would be sent. Never happened, so had to dispose of this piece of furniture myself.

Doesn't last

We purchased this chair about 2 years ago and small pieces of foam started to fall out of the chair 6 months after. By now the seat cushion is almost empty and provides no support whatsoever. While new it was quite comfortable, but by now it is a wobbly piece of garbage.

Archdale Bent Arm Recliner

Received my new recliner yesterday and I love it .very comfortable and good quality .Good price and looking forward to ordering another one real soon .Worth the wait!!!

Love these chairs!

We purchased two chairs and are extremely happy with them. Priced reasonably, they are comfortable and look great. The color is darker than what the picture represents, but that actually worked better for us. Nice fabric. I would recommend these chairs.

Good buy but slightly darker grey than pictured

I received the chair quickly and in good condition. The material is very nice but the color is a dark grey (true charcoal as the description says) and is much darker than it appeared on my monitor. I'm 5'5" and although the chair is comfortable, my feet don't touch the ground when sitting in a non-reclined position. I have to use an additional back pillow to make this happen -- the chair has a deeper seat than it appears. It takes some strength to make the chair recline, but I think the reclining mechanism will loosen over time. Also, the foot rest cannot be lifted without the seat back reclining, and so it may not be the best for watching TV if you just want to elevate your feet and not recline your back. All in all, however, I would recommend this chair.
