Let's face it, mud happens. The Georgia Boot Muddog collection is built to take on the dirtiest, muddiest job environments. The new design of this composite toe waterproof work wellington features an incredibly strong bond between the comfort shell and the SPR leather upper. The rubber outsole is joined to the polyurethane shell through a cement construction, making this boot very flexible and easy to clean. The outsole also contains a fiberglass shank for additional support. This boot comes equipped with the heel-stabilizing Counter Lock System which provides a more stable, comfortable fit. It also acts as a kick off so you can remove your boot without damaging the leather. The interior of the boot is filled with comfort features. It is lined in high performance mesh and armed with the Georgia Waterproof System to keep water from seeping into your boots. Our waterproofing is backed by a guarantee, so you can be confident when taking on that damp work day.

Good boot for a year!

I have owned 4 pairs of these boots. I do not wear them daily only when it rains, is cold, snows, ices or when I plan to be in mud. These boots are (Mostly) waterproof and insulated. (A few have leaked at the leather/rubber stitching) Cons: the interior detaches over time and prevents your foot from coming out. (last two pairs) solution: I purchased a large boot heal spoon/spade to assist in heal release. Major flaw: the rubber sole breaks at the threads of the leather after one year of ownership. Every boot died this exact same way. (I do not have a way to fix this) The insole absorbs oder no matter how many times it gets washed, bleached, or sanitized. Pros: the boots are waterproof, some leaked at the leather/rubber connection. all leaked at the two finger holes. Kept my feet warmer during winter, hunting, freezing temps, snow and ice days.

Receipt?

The rubber has separated from the leather across the front of my muddogs, does anyone know if I need the receipt to get another pair using the lifetime warranty?

They Fell apart

I got these boots as a gift from my as I had been wanting a pair for a long time. They are very comfortable but I only used them a hand full of times and the rubber on one boot is crumbling off the Boot and the rubber where it attaches to the leather just fell apart. I have sent pictures to Georga Boot and many emails and cant even get a response. I am so bummed about this company. For a Boot that is supposed to be the best mine have been the biggest disappointment

Junk

I have been through 2 pairs of these boots... I wanted them to be good boots so badly. I absolutely love the esthetics of the boot although... as the soles of the boot are glued and not sown on the soles came loose on both pair in a few months time. I thought the first pair was a fluke and maybe I had just bought a bad pair although when the second pair did the exact same thing I realized that these Boots are freaking junk despite looking good. Duct tape ftw....

I do not recommend muddogs

I bought my first pair and will not but another. The rubber pulled apart from the leather after about 2 months of lite use.
